We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Tasha Beauty is a paid subscription billed at the start of each billing period. The 30-day guarantee above applies to your charge. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Premium is available at €1,99 per month or €23,88 per year (12 months at €1,99), and Lifetime access is a single payment of €79. We also sell one-time feature packs: the AI Try-On Pack at €2,99 and Stylist Looks at €4,99. All prices include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your country.
Yearly and Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. One-time feature packs are refundable within the guarantee window if the included credits or unlocks have not been used.
To request a refund, contact our support team through the app within the 30-day guarantee window and we will help you arrange it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe, and typically appear within a few business days.
After you cancel your subscription, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
